Quality Management

Since 2004 Treetech has the ISO 9001:2000 certification, given by Inmetro (National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality) - Brazil and audited by SGS (Societé Génerale de Surveillance) with the following scope: “Development engineering, industrialization and commercialization of intelligent electronic devices and software dedicated to the management, maintenance and monitoring of power transformers and high-voltage equipment”. This quality certification is valid in more than 30 countries who are signatories of the Mutual Recognition Agreement of IAF (Internacional Acreditation Forum). In 2010, the company has obtained the ISO 9001 certification: 2008.

Treetech's Quality Management System (Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade - SGQ) was built over two years and was first implemented in 2002. It aims to fulfill the standard concepts and to officialize the company’s Vision of the Future and Quality Policy. The main objective of the SGQ is to continuously improve the quality of products and services.
