Treetech represents Brazil at DistribuTECH 2018

Treetech participated in another great event as an exhibitor: the DistribuTECH 2018, one of the leading conferences in the United States Energy Distribution sector. This year’s edition was held in San Antonio, Texas, January 23-25.

In all, more than 13,500 people, from 77 different nationalities, attended the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center during the three-day exhibition. In addition, DistribuTECH had more than 520 exhibitors and 472 speakers.

Energy industry leaders from around the world have sought opportunities to exchange experiences, present news and, most importantly, expand their business networks.

Treetech’s international sales representative, Rodrigo Silva, commented on the results of the participation in DistribuTECH and the challenges faced in the North American market in an interview with the Jornal Online Tornado (to see the full article, in portuguese, click here).

“It has a certain barrier (to Brazilian equipment in the US), but since they are high technology equipment, of embedded innovation, customers are sticking. We have been supplying various US utilities and have just entered into agreements with service companies to assemble our equipment.”
